The Mobile Banking Application is a simple, convenient, and secure banking service available to all Dhofar Islamic Retail Banking customers. The Mobile Banking Application supports both English and Arabic.

You will need your ATM Card Number and ATM PIN.

Please note: Registration is only allowed using the mobile number registered with the bank.

To register in the app, click the "Register Now" button.

Verify your mobile number using SMS.
Enter your ATM Card Number.
Enter your ATM PIN.
Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
Set an MPIN and accept the Terms & Conditions.

Please note: Registration is only allowed using the mobile number registered with the bank.

Click on "My Profile" under the Profile & Settings section.
Under "My QR Profile", click "Activate Now".
Confirm your details.
Set your Alias ID and select the source account.
Complete the activation by clicking the Activate button.
Verify using the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

Yes, you can easily deactivate your Mobile Payment account by clicking the More icon in "My Profile" and selecting the Deactivate option.

Click on "My Accounts".
Tab Dhofar Pay debit/credit card.
Select a card and click "Add to Dhofar Pay".
Verify the details and confirm.

On the login page, click "Get Help" and then select "Locate Us" to find the nearest branch, ATM, CDM, or FFM based on your current location.

The Pending Transactions screen displays transactions that have been scheduled for a future date. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds in your account on the due date to complete these transactions.

Click on the "Forgot MPIN" option to reset your MPIN using your ATM Card Number and ATM PIN.

Click on Settings under Profile & Settings, then select "Change MPIN".

Click on "My Profile" under Profile & Settings, then edit the information in the Personal Information section.

Yes. To change an account nickname:

Select the account.
Click "Account Details".
Under the Account Details section, go to Account Nicknames and click Edit.

You can assign nicknames to all account types for easier identification.

You can manually unlink your device from the Dhofar Islamic Mobile Banking system through the Settings section.

Select "Unlink Device" from Settings to unlink your old mobile device.
Download the application on your new device.
Follow the registration steps to register again.

Please call our Contact Centre on 24775777 to unlink your lost or stolen mobile device.

After three incorrect MPIN attempts, your MPIN will be automatically disabled for security purposes. To set a new MPIN, click "Forgot MPIN" and verify your identity using your ATM card number and ATM PIN.

If the transaction amount has been deducted from your account, but the beneficiary has not received the funds, please contact our Call Center to report the issue. Please provide the transaction details, including the date, time, amount, and reference number, so our team can investigate the issue.

A mobile device can be linked to only one account at a time.
To register or use another account on the same device, you must first unlink the existing account. This will allow another user to register and access their account using the same device.

Yes, you can use the Dhofar Islamic Mobile Banking App on more than one mobile device. You will need to complete the registration process on each device.
